Hi, I’m Greg Cox, a personal trainer and exercise science professor dedicated to helping busy professionals and adults over 40 get stronger, move better, and feel their best. With years of experience in strength training, fat loss, and functional fitness, I specialize in science-backed workouts designed for real results.

My approach is simple: train smarter, not harder. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, lose weight, improve mobility, or stay active as you age, I create customized fitness programs tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and fitness level.
